Pineapple Peanut Butter Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 medium organic banana
  • 3/4 cup frozen organic pineapple
  • 2 tbsp organic salted peanut butter (sub almond butter if you like)
  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
  • 1 cup coconut h2o
  • 1/4 cup organic coconut milk
